- HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse located in Denmark. Our delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from the order date. Our goal is to ship your products no later than the day after you place the order. Please note that it can sometimes take another 1-2 days due to delays at the carrier or if our warehouse has an unusually large number of orders.
- I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you placed an order with us but did not receive order confirmation, it may be because you entered an incorrect email address. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and ask if we have an order registered under your name, to correct your e-mail address, and send you an order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not been processed. You must, therefore contact us before placing a new order to avoid ordering double.
- HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You register your return by sending to this mail email@example.com. Once we have received your registration, you will receive an email with instructions and a shipping note. The returned item must be sent thoroughly packaged.
- CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you want to cancel an order before the goods have left our warehouse, you must mail us immediately on this email: firstname.lastname@example.org . However, we can not guarantee that we will be able to stop your order before your goods are shipped, as they are quick to find items and pack them in our warehouse.
- HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE? You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Also, double-check your junk mail folder. Sometimes the email ends up there.
